His approach is centred around understanding how things work on the ground — from planning and construction to execution and problem-solving.

Vipul Jadhav

With a civil engineering background and a shared interest in real estate development, Vipul brings a technical and execution-oriented perspective to Sthapatya Forma.

Together, the founders combine their engineering background with an entrepreneurial approach to building the company.
